Log into your account, find your order and click on "Contact Us" button under the order to tell us your ring size, and we will ship your ring to you. If you don't have an account with us, please create one with the same email you used for purchase.

If you already place an order and after the measurement, you find out your ring size is out of the range of our available sizes, please email us for full refund. 

Yes, even if your smart ring is not connected to your phone, the tracker will still count and measure. Data will be stored in the ring for several days then you will need to sync with the app.

For optimal performance and accuracy, We recommend that you wear the ring on the index finger of your NON-dominant hand.  The sensor should be positioned on the palm side. The ring should fit snugly against the skin and fit comfortably.

Keep the inside of your ring clean and dry to ensure accurate tracking. If it gets dirty, you can wipe the inside of the ring with alcohol. We recommend rinsing the ring with fresh water and drying it thoroughly after exposure to saltwater or chlorine.

Each ring comes with a magnetic charging case. Align the ring with the dock's connectors and plug it into a USB power source.

Yes, our app is compatible with Android 5.0 and above or Apple IOS 10.0 and above

No, never.  All features are available for free once you purchase the ring.

Yes we do. Every ring comes with a 1 year manufacturer warranty. All requests are handled directly without third-party delays.  Simply contact us if you have any issues within the first year of purchase.
